Brody, Gracie and Halle are owned by Pam and Dale. They are dedicated to the LORD first and are passionate about training, trialing and hunting their retriever companions.

The Heart of a Champion
My Rock Retrievers travel to many venues sharing what the true Heart of a Champion looks like.  Pam enjoys using her well trained Champion retrievers to illustrate biblical principles on loyalty, obedience, trustworthiness, and faithfulness.  My Rock Retrievers will demonstrate what a true champion looks like.

One thing that Pam learned while training her retrievers is it takes hard work and dedication, but is very rewarding.  During the training process she learned what God expects from a true champion.  Her retreivers learn that listening and understanding the MASTER’S voice is paramount!   The Masters job is to protect them; Brody, Gracie, and Halle's job is waiting on the Master’s direction.  Focused attention and listening is how they learned to obey their Master.  Obeying does not take place without first learning what the Master desires.  Learning does not take place without listening.   Listening does not take place without establishing respect and trust.  TRAINING is the Master’s job. 

A champion isn’t someone who always wins and gets the prize or trophy; a champion is someone who tries their best, spends time with the Master and does what's right when no one is looking.
